The new version of UBW32 now uses the PIC32MX795 chip. ， UBW32 uses a PIC32MX79532 bit CPU. The UBW32 is circuit board friendly, including all external circuits that require PIC32 and operation. It can be powered by USB or an external power source. It has 3 buttons (RESET and 2 user-defined buttons) and 5 LED indicator lights (power, USB interface, and 3 user-defined LED lights). All I/O pins of PIC32 are led out. The board comes pre installed with USB bootloader and special firmware, which allows it to accept simple serial commands to control various I/O functions. If you have already used a UBW or Arduino and feel frustrated due to insufficient memory, lack of I/O pins, or lack of mature software, UBW32 is what you are looking for! Although only more expensive than the 8-bit UBW, the UBW32 has significantly more I/O and CPU horsepower.
This UBW32 is also a great independent development platform for USB PIC32 chips. It includes a simple and easy-to-use USB boot program that allows you to write your own code and download it to the circuit board without any additional programming, tools, or software. If you need low-level debugging, you can also use an ICD 2/ICD3 or other PIC debugger.
The PIC32 chip can perform USB OTG, USB mass storage, USB virtual COM port, and USB host role. There is also a USB connector on the board that allows you to insert any USB device into the footprint at the bottom of UBW32. There is a jumper that allows you to connect your UBW32 to a USB host with a VBUS5V USB cable for power supply.
