The 9DoF IMU distribution board integrates all the amazing features of the Invensense ICM-20948 into a Qwiic supported distribution board, equipped with a logic shifter and multiple GPIO pins, to meet all your motion detection needs. The ICM-20948 is a low-power 9-axis motion tracking device that supports I2C and SPI, making it ideal for smartphones, tablets, wearable sensors, and IoT applications. Using our convenient Qwiic system, it can be connected to other parts of the system without the need for soldering. However, we still have pins with a spacing of 0.1 inches in case you prefer to use the test board. In addition to a three-axis gyroscope with four selectable ranges, a three-axis accelerometer with four selectable ranges, and a three-axis magnetometer with an FSR of up to 4900 T, the ICM-20948 also includes a digital motion processor that can offload motion detection algorithm calculations from the detector to achieve optimal sensor performance. We will also decompose all ICM-20948 pin functions into GPIO and label them as I2C on the front and SPI on the back for easy identification. Note: The I2C address of ICM-20948 is 0x69, which can be selected as 0x68 through jumper wires. A multiplexer/Mux is required to communicate with multiple ICM-20948 sensors on a single bus. If you need to use more than one ICM-20948 sensor, please consider using a Qwiic Mux splitter.
