TI's most advanced decoding chip currently is undoubtedly the PCM1794A, which offers a warmer and richer vinyl-like sound compared to the ES9038 and AK449X series, with highly appealing vocals. It boasts a dynamic range of up to 129db and a distortion level (THD+N) as low as 0.0004% (for PCM1794). When four chips are used in parallel, the performance metrics improve even further. Although the cost increases significantly compared to using two chips in parallel, the listening experience justifies the expense. It delivers better dynamics and fuller sound quality, with powerful low frequencies and moist vocals.
Coaxial, optical, and USB connections all support 192K24BIT transmission. For Bluetooth, it employs Qualcomm's high-precision Bluetooth 6.2 chip, the QCC3095, which supports LDAC and APTX-HD truly lossless transmission. Note that devices not supporting the LDAC protocol cannot be considered truly lossless.
